Was looking for breakfast, so we called in to Randals as we have always heard good reports. They don't do a cooked breakfast, but the alternatives sounded tempting. Savoury crepes, toasties, paninsi etc. The server rhymed off a list of choices. We ordered paninis and home baked scones. Tea & coffee were served promptly and when our food came top ups were offered. Perfect. Lovely little spot on the busy Lisburn road.

Randels is yet another lovely coffee shop on the ever vibrant Lisburn Road. The thing I love about this place is that it isn't sterile and uber modern full of pretentious people. Its a great place to go for a quiet relaxing coffee (or cup of tea) and just chill out with a book or have a catch up with a friend.
They also offer lovely desserts, scones, muffins and general tray bakes which generally is what you'd expect form a good coffee house. The offer a range of light lunches too, which I haven't tried yet but I do hear good things! -

Everytime I go in here I actually feel happy because of how nice it is and comfortable. The soups are immense!

This polite little green coffee shop is really appealing on those days where you just want to hide away for the world for 20 minutes. It is petit and relaxed, never in a rush like the busier coffee shops closer to town, and this is just the way I like it. With a decent sweet menu as well you might even find yourself popping in here for a light lunch on the go.
The coffee is really nice as well, but also do a quality cup of tea. After a long trek shopping along the Lisburn Road it is very clear that a long cup of tea is all I ever want. -

The Lisburn Road has some of the best little shops in Belfast. It's where all the independent stores seem to assemble and remove themselves from the mainstream shops of the centre of town. For a good cup of coffee to relax after lots of shopping, then Randels is the place to go. This cosy little coffee shop is the perfect. It's great for lunch if you have a little more time but I come in for the good coffee and relaxed atmosphere.
